Our automated machines perform high-precision perforation on natural or artificial leather. We can create standard perforations according to car seat specifications (e.g., MK1, MK2, MK3) or program completely custom patterns. We offer perforations in various shapes – circles, squares, and diamonds:
- Circular holes: 0.8 / 1.0 / 1.2 / 1.5 / 2.0 / 2.5 mm
- Square holes: 1.0 / 1.2 / 1.5 / 2.0 / 2.5 mm
- Diamond-shaped holes: 1.8×2.3 / 1.8×2.7 / 1.8×3.0 / 3.0×5.0 mm
Perforations are performed on separate pieces to avoid defects across the entire working surface.
